We are located at Southwest side of Madison. We are a community based, providing the best opportunities to support members of our community to live their best lives within their communities. We have experience in supporting members of our communities in-house setting environments for many years. We are delighted to have the opportunity to provide care to our members in their communities rather than in their homes.

Community Integration
our clients will have the opportunities to explore their community neighborhoods and attend to community events around Madison and beyond.
Fun Games
Our clients will have the opportunities to participate in playing indoor and outdoor games and activities.
Group Walks
Our staff will take our clients out for walks around the neighborhood, Zoo, lakes, etc.
Dining Out
Our clients will have the opportunities to dine out at their favorite restaurants at least once a week.
Indoor Games
Our clients will have the opportunities to play indoor games as a group and individually with the assistance of our staff.
Story Times
Our clients will have access to books. Our staff will create story times on daily basis.
Bowling
Our clients will have the opportunities to participate in bowling league annually.
Swimming Classes
Our staff will provide assistance and companionship to our clients in the event that our clients decide to take swimming classes.
